EliteKid Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Registration

To participate in the EliteKid Referral Program, individuals must complete and submit the affiliate registration form on the EliteKid website.

2. Referral Voucher Code

Upon approval, EliteKid will issue a unique Free Trial Voucher Code to each affiliate. This voucher code may be shared with friends, family members, and personal networks for referral purposes.

Only referrals who use the assigned voucher code during registration will be eligible for referral rewards.

3. Trial Class Referral Reward

Affiliates will receive a reward of $5 for each referred student who:

  • Registers using the affiliate’s assigned voucher code; and
  • Successfully attends the scheduled trial class.

Trial registrations that are cancelled, rescheduled indefinitely, or marked as no-shows will not qualify for the referral reward.

4. Course Enrollment Referral Reward

In addition to the trial class reward, affiliates will be eligible for a referral reward when their referred friend successfully enrolls in an EliteKid course package.

The referral reward will be either:

  • One (1) complimentary class, or
  • 10% of the enrolled package value credited back to the affiliate

The applicable reward type will be determined by EliteKid’s prevailing referral promotion at the time of enrollment.

5. Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered qualified only if:

  • The referred student is a new customer who has not previously enrolled in an EliteKid course or trial class.
  • The referral voucher code is provided during registration.
  • The referred student completes the required registration process.
  • The referral information provided is accurate and genuine.

6. Non-Qualified Referrals

The following will not qualify for referral rewards:

  • Self-referrals.
  • Duplicate registrations.
  • Existing EliteKid students or customers.
  • Fake, fraudulent, or incomplete registrations.
  • Referrals submitted without a valid referral voucher code.

7. Reward Fulfillment

Referral rewards will be processed after EliteKid has verified the successful trial attendance and/or course enrollment of the referred student.

All referral rewards will be calculated and credited on a monthly basis. Rewards earned during a calendar month will be reviewed and processed by the end of the following month.

EliteKid reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel any rewards if fraudulent activity, duplicate referrals, or abuse of the program is detected.

8. Marketing Conduct

Affiliates must promote EliteKid responsibly and must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about EliteKid’s services.
  • Misrepresent pricing, promotions, or course offerings.
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or unethical marketing practices.

9. Program Changes

EliteKid reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, including its rewards, eligibility criteria, and Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

10. Final Decision

EliteKid’s decision regarding referral eligibility, reward qualification, and program administration shall be final and binding.
