Balancing payment >> After the group is confirmed
Refund Policy
- 100% Deposit refund if the number of registrants does not reach the minimum number
- After the Tour group is confirmed:
- Admin fee: non-refundable
- Study Camp Balancing Payment:
- >45 Days: 100% refundable
- 45-30 Days: 75% refundable
- 29-20 Days: 50% refundable
- 19-10 Days: 25% refundable
- < 10 Days: non-refundable
- Tickets & Visa will follow 3rd party’s rules
